Jre super tensioner

Is it normal for the pulley tensioner to move up and down ever so slightly at idle? If say it vibrates back and fourth may be a 1/4 of an inch.

Yes. If you are concerned about how it is adjusted just post a pic of it here and Ted will come along and let you know if it is set right.
