I understand, I put my order in about week ago and found out that the color I want is on hold. So now I have my salesperson searching for the exact car I want on another dealers lot and trying to get something shipped to them. Hopefully Japan will get their plant up and running so I can get that Imperial Blue Metallic.

The wait is a long one mate im waiting as well however youre status should've changed to at least 3300 looking at your order date.
Try the tracking and ordering thread to get an accurate update

It sounds to me like your dealer doesn't have any allocation. You might want to ask that question.

Saw my dealer twice. He told me they get allocations every week... To which I asked, so when will my car go through? He said he has no idea and it's in GM's hands. Really annoyed in having to wait so long to see zero progress. I feel like I could go in today somewhere else and get it pushed through already.

You've been waiting a month. I'd tell them if you don't see status 2000 by the end of the week, then you want your money back. Then I would go to another dealer and have them order it.
