Camaro will be priced competitively with the Mustang. You can bet your life savings onthat. So under 30k is perfectly possible. |

Guys, Edmunds.com is saying the price will be under $30,000, not GM. I'm not saying it's not possible, but it's still not GM.

IT'S GONNA BE FAST!
Lets just hope close to the $20k mark doesn't mean quality close to the $20k mark. Hopefully this will be the most quality-built car in America. Is the interior the same as the RS? Does the SS come with the 4-pack gauges in the middle? IT'S GONNA BE FAST!

29,995 might be possible, hopefully it is but I'd expect no more than 32,995 if it isn't.
I can't see the RS/SS being much more than $800-1000 additional. You already have the spoiler and the 20 inch rims so it's just the tail lights and HID's. The bigger change items will be HUD and premium sound. |

I don't like this SS bumper either. It destroys the near perfect mixture of agressiveness and elegance that made the concept such a great design. This SS bumper looks kind of primitive. I know some people don't like to read this, but it's my honest opinion.
I'm not happy about this as I am considering to get an SS but this front fascia is a real turn-off. |

if i'm not mistaken...to all you "i hate the ss bumper" people, GM posted on their website about A. different front bumpers available. and B. different grilles available. I'm gonna play around with that lower grill insert and i bet it would look better. its just too busy with all those crosshairs. something more simple would be much better. but yeah, i'm pretty sure with all the controversy a friggin' front end has created they will make it super easy to take off and swap out...if GM doesn't offer it themselves.. |
