Our New Chassis dyno Pics initial pics inside
As some of you guys may know, our older dyno has served its purpose, and paid for itself two fold. It was time for a new one. about 2+ months ago we ordered a Mustang 1100 SE dyno. She showed up this morning and we were hard at work all day getting her all setup and ready to go, so sorry if you called and we didnt answer very busy at the shop . This Dyno is a major step up for us and boy she is a big momma . This dyno can do many great things in addition to great load control, such simulated Drag race runs, and top speed runs up to 225 mph!! for some of the 1/2 mile and 1 mile cars we build and tune. Here are some pics of the dyno installation process. Pardon the amatuer pics, i was just taking them as we went along.
When it arrived on the truck: Initial Setup on the shop floor: Random pic of us working the Wiring: Texas Mike showing how we can get under cars while on the dyno for whatever reason: End of the day, all secured and wired, already storing cars for the night. (pardon the mess in the shop, major re-organization going on) in the next week or so we'll be announcing a dyno day ... keep posted for the date... |

I went by the shop yesterday to find out when the new toy would be up and running so I can get my new tune to go with the new goodies and watched part of he install. This thing is massive! After speaking with Ryne, it looks like my mod list just grew. lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The old one is sold and with the new owner.. You don't need a trans, but you do need a trans cooler and oil cooler... I can make you a great deal on my 1le shocks and pfadt springs, they I'll make a huge improvement ..

I think I'm going to suck it up and get a set of Pfadt's new coilovers. I need to raise this thing back up about a 1/4" with the chassis brace on it.

nice! i still need to stop by and pick your brains on springs and cost. The fender gap is annoying and while not racing, dont want to upset the set up.
just gotta find time on weekends!
