I have talked Pam there numerous times there, and she tell me that its actually a LOT easier for them to do the choth headrests than it is the leather, and they come out GREAT.

Just ordered a spare set of black headrests from GM Partsdirect.com once they arrive I will ship them to Pam and I will then offer my factory headrests up 4-sale.

just remember, when you get the new ones, you have to take the covers off before you send them to Pam. as tjd24 found out that when you order the new replacements, its the COMPLETE headrest, not just the covers.

As always Sir Nuke is spot-on - they come complete and you need to follow TeccBoxx's instructions post #14 this thread - http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpo...9&postcount=14 - to take off the covers to send out.

gmpartsdirect has not sent me the second leather headrest (to replace the erroneous Cloth headrest from my initial order) but as soon at it comes both are on their way to CO - hope the snow subsides by then...

not unless you plan on driving up to Colorado for them to do the first one and pay for the initial set up, if they even can........the way we have been able to do this, is that one of our members did this to get the RS done and he foot the bill for the initial set up, and he gave the shop his permission to allow the rest of us to use the set up.........

OR, you could find someone near you could do it, but $20 plus the shipping back and forth (about $8) is a GREAT DEAL for the RS. even my dealer couldn't belive it wnen I went by to show him the finished product.

Sir Nuke, just saw your pics, looks great! Yea, we all owe Tech some props on this one. Still lovin' mine after two months. And of course the great folks at the shop in Colorado!

All the RS's should have it............. and the SS (non-RS) should have the SS embroidered with silver thread............. and the SS-RS should be red with silver outlining.

I ain't no fancy pants, but I know what looks good.
