The only problem with people tracking their ZL1's or GT500's is cost. Big heavy cars going fast and turning corners eats pads,rotors,and tires. Learn how to change your brakes if you want to keep your costs down.

Yes, tracks days aren't cheap. Rotors will be fine. The tires will see the most wear.

The stock pads will last for about 3 non-stop hours of track use before needing replaced. This was validated in GM's 24 hour track test.

If your going to track your car please change your brake fluid! As you get faster they will generate more heat! And remember the last 1/3 of your brake pad will not last nearly as long as the first 1/3rd!
