A new front bumper with the mail slot. That will make you fast. Just kidding. V6 driver here to. For me my money goes to cosmetics. Only performance mod I have is my Mrt v1. I am ordering my CAI this week. Looks great under the hood. One things I've learned from this site is its cheaper to upgrade your car than mod it for V8 power. I bought mine because its one sweet lookin car. I never plan on racing or going to the track. More info than you wanted but that what I've learned.

Is the car an auto or manual? There's no way you're getting gears for 1500 if you have an auto.

I am basically doing this... as well. But will most likely spend more than the $1,500 mark.

1500 is a lot of money for those upgrades in my opinion. Those solos are way overpriced in my opinion. Has anyone tried deleting the rear cats on an LFX? Assuming you guys have 2 sets of cats (haven't looked into the exhaust setup on the LFX)

well yea. there is still lots of little upgrades to do. but for the most part of good power gains this way is the best to go. then a good suspension set up and breaks will cost almost the same or more so its just the begining lol

Hard to say. Depends on the conditions when you run the car.

As lscamaro says....it really just depends on SO many different things.

Its not as simple as X amount of power on the V6 Camaro = (insert time here) in the quarter mile.

Your elevation, the temps, humidity in the air, your driver experience, track prep....it all plays a role.

We have had guys run 13.7x with less mods than that, and then some have ran worse with more mods. You just never know.

I'd guess with those mods the car should be a low 14 car easily with a decent launch and driver. In ideal conditions it is a high 13 second car....that's my .02
