This is my car and yes, the mesh did come from Home D. Cost was about $10.00 IIRC. You can't use the knock off diffuser from Duraflex. You have to have the OE GFX.

Remove the bezel from the diffuser and cut the mesh to fit and weld in from the back side and paint. It will take some time and patience as the lip on the bezel is small and it's easy to trim the mesh to much. I'm about to repaint the mesh flat black since the exhaust has discolored the mesh a bit. Make sure you use a high temp paint on the mesh, but the bezel can be painted with regular paint.

I tried the MBRP tips and it just wasn't the look I was after and neither was a round tip in a square hole.

Oh well I don't have welding equipment. I want 6 tips. Instead of quad (2 on each side) I want 3 on each side. That would look cool.

3.5" for V6, 4" for V-8 is the general rule for quad tips....
