Turbos Not Making Boost...Ideas?

Here's the background.
-418ci LS3, 9.6:1 CR, FAST 102 Intake Manifold
-AGP TT Kit, w/ Precision 58/62 Turbos
-Fore Precision Twin Pump Fuel System w/ ID1000's

I bought an AGP TT kit direct from them a little over a year ago, and did the install shortly after, with a fuel kit from Fore Precision as well, and an AEM TruBoost. The car starts and runs just like it did before, but it won't make any boost when under throttle. When I say no boost, I mean none. Not once have I seen the TruBoost display positive numbers, I've data-logged multiple times with HPTuners, and not once has the MAP gone above atmospheric. The highest I've seen is 14.5psi/100kpa (absolute). Even if I run the car in 2nd gear up to 4500rpm, it still shows vacuum on the TruBoost and in HPTuners. Has anyone seen this before? I can't really start tuning until I get this part figured out, and I would really appreciate any help!

too loose a spring on the wastegate? wastegate DC left open? air leak (can you hear the turbos spool and it still not making boost)?

you are running a MAP sensor that can read more than 1bar right?

I'm running the ZR1 MAP sensor, I have 8lb springs in the wastegate's. I'm thinking air leak, because I can hear the turbos spooling, but I've checked the charge-air system three times since install, and I haven't found anything yet.

Build ya a pressure testing system (PCV pipe, Bike check valve, air pump - manual or electric). As soon as you put pressure to it, it should sing for ya. If that's not it, check how your wastegates are plummed to ensure its not forcing them immediately open. That's a whole lotta engine, regardless of spring size, to have 0 boost. Good luck!

I'm sure you have done this, but check all your intake piping, 9 times out of 10 the clamp let go, from not being tightened down all the way.

I've checked all the intake piping, and I can't find any boots that have moved, or any clamps that have moved either.

Tune adjusted for the settings of a zr1 sensor?

Didn't leave a rag in the intercooler or something? BOV on and seated correctly? Didn't leave the oring out? Same with wastegates, didn't leave springs or something out?

Also after all listed above, take inlet coupler off and inspect turbine blades to make sure something didn't take them out.

Things like that, you would still get some boost unless they weren't even there. Plus it would be making nasty noises.

Pull the fast apart too and inspect it. Or at least boost check it. Seen WAY WAY WAY too many of them blow apart. I would pull it off and put a stock intake back on ASAP as it will only cause issues later.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, I really appreciate it!

Unreal, how would I check that the tune was adjusted for the ZR1 sensor? Matt from FSP set me up with the base tune, since I ordered most of my parts through him, and I'm sure he would've done this, but I'll check it anyway.

I'm gonna start with the pressure check to see if that yields anything. I had the intake apart when I put the TT kit and fuel system on, and it was all ok.

I've also checked the compressors for damage, nothing there, and the turbos spool up under acceleration, I can hear that. It never shows boost, and I don't ever hear the BOV when I left off the throttle.

No nasty noises coming from the car, it sounds roughly the same as before, save for the turbo wine when they spool, and slightly quieter exhaust.

Check to make sure BOV is hooked up and spring is in it. Same with wastegates. Make sure wastegates have the valve seats in them, but you would hear a leak so I doubt it is that.

Unless you told Matt you swapped sensors he wouldn't have adjusted that. Open your HP tuner file and look at the map sensor settings.

linear 312.50
offset -11.25

BOV is hooked up, and I made sure the spring was in before I installed it, same with the wasgtegates. Also, with the car running at idle, the wastegates don't have any exhaust coming out of the dump tubes. Since they hang upside down, if there were no springs, it would be dumping through there constantly.

Yeah, Matt and I had discussed all of my mods before I ordered anything, and he's the one that turned me on to the AGP setup, and helped me get everything else.

I checked the tune Matt gave, it's got the same linear and offset values you posted, so that's good.

Leak check the system. I've seen the fast oring between the shells blow out easy enough. Wouldn't be surprised if there is a huge leak in the system from something like that.

I'll leak check it as soon as I can in the morning, and hopefully get it figured out then.
