Yeah, I do that too locally (in fact, even cheaper here) but this was the Fest! And I love that particular drag strip. Sure would have been more fun with more V6 competetion though. I sort of had myself psyhed up to run heads up against those stock V8 guys as they had originally slated it, but somebody had to represent for the V6's.

I've been away from the forum for awhile but I had to bring the thread back to life.

I was there too Ruby... even talked to you briefly, but didn't do any racing.
Grats on 2nd.

I have a friend in our Detroit 5th Gen Camaro club who is creating a couple things for my from Aluminum billet.

I will have more pictures of these items tomorrow.

He is looking to also make a license plate holder that says TEAM LLT.

If anyone is interested in any of his items let me know and I will hook you up with him.

This is the preliminary photo he sent me on this one, it is a heel protector, you attach it to your floor mat to protect the floor mat from becoming ruined in the area of your heels.

The other item is he machined our club logo into the top of my strut cover caps.

Internet is back up and running...........

My friend showed up yesterday with my new heel plate.

Here is a better picture of the plate. Tomorrow I am going to take a picture of it on the carpet inside the Camaro.

More info coming soon.

If anyone should want one, send me a PM and I will hook you up with him.

Updated photo with the plate on my floor mat. If anyone is interested in one of these please contact me. It is not fastened down yet, but this is how it will look.

I think it looks a lot better without the metal plate on the floor.
