Flowmaster exhaust

I was driving down the road when somehow my entire exhaust system fell off of car! Ok that really didn't happen... This Flowmaster exhaust has made me giddy all over again! This system was on in under 1 hour.... excluding jacking the car up. I took my time positioning the jack stands. wow! No problems other than gettin my neighbor over to help drop the old one..

How is it at HWY speeds. I hate a loud drone.

On the LS3 the drone is not that much more than the stock system. You may have to turn up the radio from 10 to 12, no real biggie. When you hit the gas, the sound is real good ...

This exhaust system sounds awesome! Cruise control set at 65 windows up it has begun to get a little annoying.. Yes the radio goes up a few notches... But overall, the sound it makes with the windows down, sun out, people lookin,,,,,, its all good.... I plan to insulate the trunk floor with some dynamat will let ya know if it helps... overall I really enjoy the sound and attention it now gets... It was worth every penny.. This American Thunder system has a deep mellow tone to it, not raspy or like some mustangs I have heard... just right...

This is the system that I keep looking at....there are a lot of choices out there but I dont think you can go wrong with this one for the price....you can get the old school muscle car sound....

and then when you want to actually get some hp out of the exhaust...pick some expensive 1 7/8" headers and high flow cats..
