Saw Saddest Thing Today
I did not opt for the 1LE package and I can tell you I saw something so sad today that I wish I could change my mind!
First off I know the following:  But I passed the car in parking lot at a Dunkin Donuts on a busy main street and I could not turn around easily. If I see the car again I WILL TAKE PICS, promise, this is so funny/sad it needs to be documented. OK, I saw a early 2000's (I am not an Acura guy, not sure of year) Acura Integra. This is what was up: -Painted bright yellow, badly -Hood wrapped in vinyl or just spray painted matte black -Black wheels -I kid you not, a crooked handmade (looked like electrical tape) "1LE" badge near the front wheel well!!!!!  I about peed my pants laughing and almost hit the guy in front of me. Unreal, just unreal. Maybe I should have gotten the 1LE, clearly it's already a street legend.

Ricers are funny, years ago, when I was big in to dragracing with my WS6. A friend of mine talked me into going to some import gathering at a local shopping center on a Saturday night. My buddy had a '99 SS Camaro, and I had a '00 WS6, both were black and we ran stupid cams, no cats and just a lot of stuff normal people would never do to a daily driver...
We parked away from the group because I didn't want my car around those morons. After talking to these goofy kids for a while, as they gawked at the one dude with an old NSX...I made my usual smart ass comment about how Hondas suck and the owner of the NSX arrogantly says "How about we race?" I replied "Ok, let me go get my car, its parked way over there ---->" so I walked about 50 yards to my car, started it up, and EVERY head turned to my direction, I then loped my car over next to his and got out and said, over my loud ass car "Schools in, pal. You ready?" the look on his face was piceless. He tells me "We aren't gonna race, its not fair, you'll be cheating cause its like you have two motors".....I giggled and he asked me "Did you change your cams?" I said "I changed one" then walked away while he was scratching his head trying to figure out why I would only change one cam....lol |

Okay, the story about the WS6 vs. NSX is priceless... lol
The RX7 might sort of be legit though... Might have an LS motor under the hood. Those can be sick as hell. Still stupid though.
