So, lets say you wanted to have a 20" wheel....

So, lets say you wanted a 20" wheel that would look good on the street but would be at home on a race track (left and right turns) every once in a while. Yes the wheels should be light AND strong. I know... I know... Next I want horsepower AND great gas mileage. But thats a different topic.

What wheel would you pick???????

I was thinking BBS wheels? or would a lighter 3 piece wheel work just as good?

Thanks,

Bill Baranowski

Well, the lighter the wheel the better gas mileage you'll get. Lighter also means more rwhp. So I mean I would research what the process yields the lightest wheels, then cross check it with strength and then find a wheel you like that is in both lists.

It all depends on your budget!!! If money is not really an issue, you have lots of choices. Personally, I would go with any one of the Forgeline wheels, they're light, strong, and look kick @$$. If you are restricted to a tighter budget, there are a few other wheels that people are getting...I think Forgestar F14's are one of the more budget-friendly wheels.

If money is no issue, I would get bozeforged. I had them in the past and they are absolutely the best wheels I ever owned.

ok, so lets say $$ IS an issue and you need to keep it under 2k but still look hot, still be lightweight, and still be unique....?

Nowski,

Being a track guy as well as street I think your best option would be to go with a 1 piece forged wheel. It'll be light, have the looks you might be in search of, and will also be strong for track abuse. Hope that helps.
