Help me decide on which diesel truck to buy

This will be my first diesel truck and though I don't really need a diesel I want one. So Ford, Chevy/GMC or Dodge? Right now I am leaning towards the Chevy/GMC but I do like the looks and interior of the Dodge better but I believe the Chevy/GMC has the better build quality. Any thoughts?

Really can't go wrong with any of them. I'm obligated to say Duramax though.

And just saying, if you don't really need a diesel but just want one, look into a Colorado/Canyon diesel when they go into production. It'll be more than capable for you in a smaller and more efficient package.

Not really interested in a mid size, the only other truck I am also considering is a GMC 1500 with the 6.2

No complaints about my 2005 Chevy 2500 with a diesel. Rides a lot rouger than a 1500, but pulls trailers great. Hardly notice when pulling my car on a trailer.

I like all the diesels from the Big 3. Can't go wrong with a dualie.
But my current favorite of all trucks is the Silverado 1500 with the Rally package.
Comes in a lot of colors. I love white or red.
here's a black one ( hard to see the stripes on black tho.. )

Rally Edition Silverados look awesome. It's amazing what a decal and trim package does.

OP, if you have your heart set on a full size diesel, know that a new Duramax is right around the corner. I don't have a specific timeframe for it yet but it's on the way.

Probably for MY2017, so like a year out. I don't know how long you want to wait or if it even matters to you.

you really can go wrong with any of the big 3's diesels. ive just never been a powerstroke fan. Duramx or Cummins for me. but I know people that love the powerstroke.
