Are these right?

Are these dyno readings right? This was from February, my mods are tsp vvt3 cam, full exhaust, intake, 3.91 gears, 3200rpm high stall converter and tune. It seems to me converter slippage and gears had something to do with these readings. I also wonder if the dynojet suck when reading horsepower for this mods.

There is no A/F on the paper. The drop its at 6700 rpm. It looks as if the converter wasn't locked on that run. The turner told me that he didn't know that I had the 3.91 gears (he forgot). People had told me that the readings are wrong. I want to get some opinions before I go back to the turnet next week.

I know from reading up that 3.91 gears can make things off on some dynos... and the dyno jet is noted as more friendly being usually non load bearing like a mustang, but yes that most likely good readings; for drivetrain loss times that by 20% for A/T or 15% Manual. And after all a dyno is a measurement device to go further with mods and mostly good for fine tuning the AFR and other things with the tuning software while moving. All dynos and operators are not created equal let alone other things to consider, some inflate reading to boost egos with standard corrections instead of SAE, some just suck etc....LOL good luck.

I am by no means an expert.

But just based on research of others going with similar mods and the same cam, you seem to be a bit low, especially on a Dynojet.

You would think your TQ numbers would definitely be higher, with the 3.91 gears and VVT tuning on your side, they seem quite low.
RWHP is not that far off from the norms, although we have seen many achieve 450+ rwhp on VVT3 without much effort.

Take all I say with a massive grain of salt. We should all know by now that each Dyno reads different, each engine responds to the same mods differently, and that Dyno runs are only a tool to help you achieve your final power goals. I would be more concerned with your trap numbers, as that is where the tale will be told.

But yeah....seems a bit low, especially your torque values.

This is the times I got at the track tonight with street tires. I got worst time in my 60 feet than before, I only made 2 passes. In the first pass I spun so bad that I ended up going right to the other lane so I threw the slip away.

On the second pass I left the traction control to see if I would spin as I did before, it felt even worst, I got wheel hop on that run. The car really needs drag tires. But anyways here is my slip on my second run. I am number 18

I’m not surprised...

112 mph is not far off 420s rwhp depending on weight of the car and all.

I would say the dyno number matches the slip pretty closely.

There are so many places to find ET and MPH without HP. There may be a lot of performance left in the trans tune as well.

minimum 18"s...Nitto NT05R's are on sale some places...just find some rims...1/4 in street tires waste of time(IMHO) and as you found out a quick way to break an axle with that hoppin goin on...get sum BMR T/A's and bushings to start...may need sub-frame bushings..etc as time goes on and you get the FEVER!

And then get back to the track and practice..practice...u get the idea....this is my 3rd season and finally have a grip on WTF is goin on....good luck!

I thought that 20psi tire pressure would help me, that wasn't the case and went gome after 2 passes. I wasn't disappointed because I was expecting to spin. On the second run I did it with the traction control on it still spun and killed my mph at the finish with that run lol. I am going to buy some 18 pretty soon thought,. I saw a silver 5th gen camaro with 15s and slicks, I did not like they way the look, but I bet that car can grip like hell.
