Has it been tuned?

2 weeks ago bought 2010 camaro ss auto and seemed to be stock, but ive put a couple hundred miles on it i notice it seems to shifts hard going into second I then put long tubes with cats and cat-back and cai on it a week ago and it runs strong!
I've never had and auto so is it normal,I mean it will put u back it the seat when it shifts into second at like 3500 rpms.
My questions
Any way to tell if there's a tune onthe car now?
And can a ford dealer help with a snap-on tool about a tune?
I have no check engine light!
I still have afm!

I would guess that if you still have AFM, it was NOT tuned.

What is AFM? Also, please don't bash but can you get decent results from tuning a v6?

I have a 2012 SS Camaro with the SCT tuner and it gives the option to tune the car and leave AFM on or Off. So it could be tuned and still have AFM.

The only way to tell if it's been tuned would be to read it out with tuning software (like HPT) and compare it to a stock file.

Yeah....but usually it's one of the things that people want turned OFF when they get a tune done.
