If it continues to occur after the battery swap I'd look at the bcm. The scrolling of error messages you are describing occurs while the bcm is resetting. A bcm that is in the mode of resetting will also not allow the car to start.

Could be a bad bcm or something that's causing a short. None the less, I think a dealer would diagnose it for you for free.

I ended up bringing it to the dealer anyway the auto stores told me replacing my battery is too hard they won't do it. But the dealer told me $95 for diags
