Looks good, I had everything black except for the air conditioner bezel. I finally got that off last night and did it.... That was not the easiest task for such a small piece.

For the air vent bezel... You have to remove the long strip above it ( The one you dipped black it looks like ) there are then 6 screws under that remove those... On the right side there will be a piece of the leather trim loose. Pull that up and remove the whole large center piece you have to pull with a bit of force to get it off. The vent will be connected to that you then just unscrew the necessary screws to get the vent off , Disassemble the vent and pop the plate off. Just follow steps in reverse to put it all back together. Its really not that hard once you do it the first time. Putting it back together took me a whole 3 minutes once i knew what i was doing.

Maybe someone can reference the topic that shows the DIY to remove this with the instructions? I used it yesterday and can't find it now.

It's easy I get my fingers under the plate on the front side where it faces the cup holder and just pull it straight up. Once you pop the first clips move your hands under and push/pull up to get in a little closer to the clips.

Try this.....

Front Floor Console Front Cover Replacement (With UMQ)
Removal Procedure
  1. Apply the parking brake.
  2. Move the transmission shift assembly to the most rearward position possible.
  3. Pull the accessory power receptacle (1) up approximately 40 mm (1 5/8 inches). Refer to Accessory Power Receptacle Replacement.
  4. Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool and release the retainer securing the cover (2) to the floor console assembly.
  5. Lift the cover (2) up and rearward making sure that the accessory power receptacle (1) clears the transmission shift assembly.
  6. Disconnect the electrical connections.
  7. When replacing the front floor console front cover, transfer all necessary components.
Installation Procedure
  1. Before installing the front floor console front cover, loosely install the electronic traction control switch and the accessory power receptacle.
  2. Make sure the electronic traction control switch (1) is pulled out of the cover (3) approximately 25 mm (1 inch) and the accessory power receptacle (2) 40 mm (1 5/8 inches).
  3. Connect the electrical connections.
  4. Install the front floor console front cover (3) to the floor console assembly.
  5. Fully install the electronic traction control switch (1) and the accessory power receptacle (2).

Good Luck,
Paul
