Master Blaster or Leaf Blower
What do you think? The cost of the MB really isnt an issue, im fine with spending that money it it is really WORTH it! I hear the leaf blower works just fine but would love your input.

And what about the Metro Air Force Commander Pet Dryer? Its about half the cost of the MB.

Get the Master Blaster. There is no comparison between the leaf blower and it.
The AFC is good for motorcycles but you will appreciate the extra velocity of the MB as it also puts out filtered warm air. |

There is no comparison however the blaster still doesn't save tons of time. Drying is the worst part of detailing no matter what tool you are using. I do a sheet rinse, then blot dry with a huge drying towel, then finish with the blaster.

the blaster is going to be filtered and the air is warmed slightly, I have the next best in the metro line up, if I had to do it again I would have gone master blaster. that being said I like the model I have, it makes drying the wheels, grill area, and rear fascia sooo much easier. I use absorber towels to blot dry the top, hit it with a waffle weave. not sure if the master blaster works better on the top but it doesn't move the water nearly quick enough with the model I have. small gripe but once you figure out a routine that works for you it is not that big of an issue. plus the metro is going to have the hose to direct the air flow wherever you want it. found the leaf blower to be a little cumbersome when I used it. it worked but decided I wanted better!

Never had a master blaster but I have a vacuum that also functions as a blower, I just use that with a small nozzle attachment. Only use it on trunk, crevices, lights and wheels to get out hidden water. Otherwise for the rest of the car I just sheet rinse and use my MFM dry-me-crazy.

I just bought a small cordless leaf blower from lowes just to use for the car. very lite and I am probably going to shorten the nozzle a bit.

How well does that one work? I imagine works great for the crevices? I've been thinking of getting it for my car and for cleaning out PCs. Two birds with one blaster.

I have a leaf blower that has never actually been used on a leaf. It works great for me. I sheet the water off and use the leaf blower. I finsh off with detail spray. This routine is working really good for me.
