Unique catch can: quality? Review?

I think I want to get a catch can after reading about them and watching videos of the oil collected. I came across this brand called Unique, which are about $89. All of the other name brands are $160-200. Is unique a good brand?

Never heard of that can. Need to make sure it is more than just an empty can with some ports on it. I have found that the best out there is the Saikou Michi. It is a three stage can and is actually cheaper than the others out there. Each one is also custom made to the way you want to place it in your engine compartment. Check it out ! www.saikoumichi.com

I have never heard of that brand and can not find it on Google. At $89 I would be highly skeptical. You would be hard pressed to manufacture a quality catch can that actually functions well and be able to retail it at that price point. There will always be products out there that are over priced crap, but when it comes to catch cans you generally get what you pay for.

i would suggest spending a little extra $$ on a proven can that works and will last you a lifetime. spend a little now, or a lot later

I went with the Elite, its quality and works well, had mine 2 weeks checked it for the first time this morning just for s&g. Got about a 1/2 teaspoon maybe of what seemed to be clean oil. besides from keeping that out of your intake it also kind of lets you see how and what your internal engine is burning. never know what you might find. That might save you from a future repair bill down the road
