Well, granted that as soon as I got on 495 I looked down and realized I was cruizing at 70 mph in 4th gear so I had to slow down. I do a self check now every time I drive cuz althought you definitely feel the torque, when you are coasting it seems 70 feels like 50, and 50 feels like 40.
Something interesting though, while driving speed limit and under 2500 rpms to save gas, it seems and is true that somehow every other driver is zooming past me. Kind of ironic and funny seeing this; but I drive in the right laneas I do not want to impede faster traffic, and still need to get used to the seemingly much lighter clutch in the '13 v8 as opposed to the '10 v6

Yep, I know the feeling....thats why I hand out lots of "Camaro Love" if I end up stopping someone in a muscle car....it doesn't take much with these cars.
BTW, don't forget to change your profile under your avatar to indicate your new ride......guess you can say goodbye to the LS label

Yeah, I'm still getting used to double cluthing in the SS. It is pretty good with higher gears in lower rpms than the LS for gas saving. The engine definitely sounds a lot better and beast!! Sometimes I ride in silence to hear the exhaust
