beyond belief

ok i know this aint camaro related but this is realy irratating to see.

ok a student at my school apparently got a 68 mustang fastback because his grandpa recently passed away and left it for him. So on the last day of school hes bragging about getting some 90's bmw so out of curiosity i ask about the mustang and apparently he sold the mustang to get that pieace of shit bmw reason why? it was because he has a strong hatred for american cars but still.

i know you guys arent fond with mustangs but still how can you trade a old classic pony car for some cheap 90's bmw i know he can do what ever he wants with it but it just horrble to see something like that if it was a camaro i would of gladly took it off his hands. But to make a trade like that really?

Same exact thing happened to a kid I knew in high school too. His dad gave him his 73 mach 1 (which he bough new), beat/ DD'd it for a couple months, then sold it and bought a fox body.

WHY?

Youth is wasted on the young.

He'll regret it later....I can't believe, however, that his parents didn't stop him. At least the Mustang is more than likely in the hands of a far more derserving and appreciative owner.

Kids are easily influenced by peer pressure. I have an absolute distaste for people who hate american cars without evidence to back it up.

Some guys are just not really car guys and then some like the dude you're talking about are downright retarded. My mom has a '68 Fastback GT and when I finally get my hands on that car I couldn't imagine parting with it, ESPECIALLY for a yuppie ride
