I purchased the Edelbrock X-pipe which deleted my resonators on my SS. Car sounds smoother idling and a little bit louder when I get on it.

I deleted mine too and added the LS3 SS with magnaflow x pipe and got a very similar result only somewhat louder at WOT.

They really sound great when you open them up...

I only spent $80 on the x-pipe when I got my Airaid CAI. The SS was a take off free from the dealership, I cut off the resonators and my buddy who is a master certified mechanic owed me a favor...

best 50$ i spent haha!

theres more drone inside the cabin now, and it really isnt that raspy as to what ive heard from other people before, it gives it a nice gargle!

deletes give rasp and do give the hollow drum sound. They are right under the backseat area and I guess the sound just comes up into the car. They helped the quiet magnaflows sound better when I had them, but what I have in the sig after the mrt's, they went back on. Way to boomy without them!
