get her involved, I ask my wife's opinion on pics of cars,wheels,etc.....I take her to events like Cars and Coffee (starbucks) she loves her starbucks....Toys for Tots event(kids). Although she's passing on the C5 fest, alittle too much cars and testosterone. Married 28yrs....as far as $, she makes twice what I do and knows I am a tight wad,so know worries there so far, but major mods coming soon!

whew glad to see i'mnot the only one that catches hell over this site

But really aside from all the vendors, the tons and tons or useful/helpful information. It's also a great place to come just to hang out. I can't tell you how many times I've been having a shitty day come on this forum and just laugh and forget about how bad my days has been. It's kinda of a pick me up.

Back on topic -------- Yea glad tosee i'm not the only one that catches hell

Luckily my guy understands my obsession and doesnt say anything about it. He was forwarned that Im a car chick so I spend a lot of time w my car, mods, car shows, etc. And that I have a lot of male friends. He's totally cool w it. Good luck w ur girl OP.

My GF gives me crap quite a bit about being on this site. I'm on it more than I'd care to admit, I just read 90% instead of posting. Anytime I bring up my car in conversation she does the whole "really? Your car...again?", I just smile say yes and keep talking about it. I do probably talk about my car way too much, but like many of you have said, better my car than other things.
