Wheel issues should I be concerned? Is this a warranty issue?

It depends. Best thing to do is show your dealer and see if they will do somethnig for you. It looks like you used some sort of harsh chemical on there that ate up the clear coat.

I bought the car with 14k on it, I have only used a clean towel and water but yes its possible that someone used something they shouldn't have.

Just get them powder coated

Looks like touchless car wash acids, or some other chemical is eating the clear coat.
There is a lot of wheel refinishers that can refinish that. Or any body shop can repaint it. |

doesn't hurt to ask your dealer.but they will probably give you the now famous reply,"OH THAT IS NORMAL".

I cant speak from experience but I believe I read somewhere that powder coating is around $100 a wheel.
