This looks like a pretty fun game with some friends. Open world RPG/3rd person shooter. You can play with a group of friends like co-op. Not sure how many at one time, but can be PVE, which I prefer. They also have pvp, if you like that kind of thing. It's open Beta right now, but full release is march 8. Might get it for xbox 1.

Game looks pretty cool. I have the first world problem of trying to figure out if I should get games for my PC or XB1 lol. Some games I get on XB1 because I like using my tv and surround system, but my PC is a built pc so it usually gets higher framerates (but on a 24" monitor). And I can't lounge on the couch and play lol.

I have a HTPC that's decent, and I remember reading something about using it as a steambox or whatever, but I haven't looked into that too much yet.

Back to topic, the first episode of the live action video they made for it looks awesome!

I gave the PC beta a run this weekend. It was alright, but I'm not sure how much staying power it's really going to have. It seems like everything is going to basically just be Dark Zone grinding after max level, with no real objectives. I would bet that it's going to turn into a gank fest as veteran players get all the stuff they need out of there, and that late comers are probably going to have a rough time.

I played the xbox beta and I thought it was a pretty fun game, during the story missions. As for the Dark Zone, I really don't see it much of a difference between any other shooter game where it's pvp. just a bunch of hackers/whiners/campers for the majority of the time.

So the fact that I can go through the campaign with my buddies, is a pretty cool idea. I'm not sure if other shooter games are that way, but I like it.

I gotta say from my beta impressions. It still had a lot to go which hopefully will be addressed before release. Especially darkzone, they spoke of it so highly but it's boring as hell. It needs to be a clusterFxxx! Spending 10 minutes running, getting killed by asshat aka rogues, then if you are lucky some AI. Now that's my darkzone XP. The missions in coop and hard difficulty is UBER fun though. Especially with friends. Having everyone a certain build to support each other all. I already pre-ordered it and we shall see what the future holds for the game!

Great game to play with friends. 4-5 of us running around in the Dark Zone = hours of fun. Triggering extractions and causing mass chaos is an absolute blast!

Agreed!!! Everything but daily challenge mode and dark zone stuff is still fun and doable solo too.

Check the bottom right corner of the map when you guys are in next time (at least on PC). There is something called "Incursion" added, which is coming in a free patch. A mini teaser of a "raid" I would say. Even says gear score 150 recommended or minimum as well as reward of a "class set" which I am intrigued by!
