Holding off on getting a room. I have a friend in Phoenix I may be able to stay with.. but will keep an eye here, if that falls through.

i could stay on luke afb for like 30 dollars a night but thats too far from all the action. lets see if ur discount will be better than what my military discount would give me

Give us just a little time and we'll have SO much information for you. We could NOT begin this until we had the location pinned down. Now that the location finalized, everything will begin to fall in place.

Just stick with us....

Help us out and don't start those reservations!!!

I don't mind waiting a bit to try and get a cheaper room.

Where will you post the info, will you start a new thread?

i don't know if Tran will want to do another email blast, but it will be in the fest discussions and possibly even a closed sticky in main forums to redirect people to the fest area. We are working on it. We all have a lot on our plates right now

Getting real close to signing a contract with a Host hotel and over flow.

I may be able to announce as early as tomorrow. I've got a draft copy of the contract and may have it finalized by COB tomorrow...

Hang in there almost there.

Once we get the hotels locked in, We'll move to finalizing the schedule of events.
