so i decided to change the FF oil today( 540 miles on the clock)
using Pennzoil platinum. i installed a CC when i was about 330 miles , i unscrewed the CC just to see if it actually had anything in there and what do you know there was like a teaspoon of oil in there with only 200 miles of ride. i was pretty impressed on how good the catch can from UPR products worked
