Halltech = Great Customer Service
I have the Halltech Yellow Jacket installed and the other day I noticed the rubber trim around the heat shield had come loose in some spots. I tried using a hot glue gun to try to just get enough of it to stick back on. When that failed I gave Halltech a call to see what epoxy or glue they would recommend.
Jim answered right away and he immediatley said he would take care of it. He asked for a couple pictures just to get an understanding of what happened because he hasn't seen any issues with the heatshield trim. I snapped a couple pics and emailed him. An hour or so later he said he would have a new trim piece shipped out that afternoon (last Friday). Today it showed up in the mail and I reintalled the new trim piece in about 5 min. Looks and fits perfect. Actually the rubber seems a little bigger this time. Just thought I would share the great customer service I got from Jim at Halltech in case anyone was on the fence when choosing a CAI.

Yeah, Jim is the bomb. I had a little project I wanted to do and he hooked me up as well. He's a great guy to chat with as well.
