Looks like I'll make it, maybe finally hear some aftermarket exhaust in person. Hope to convince my father to ride up with me, anyone have a problem with a '71 Nova SS tagging along? Haha.

not around Patriots point. tho, if you are wanting to spend the least amount possible, Land's Inn is about $35.00 a night. not the most romantic place to stay, but if you are on the cheap it'll suffice.

however, it is on the other side of Charleston from the meeting point. so you'd have about a 20-25 min drive to get there and back

why not come out for the cruise then head on down to savannah... or stay in charleston for St Pattys?

Thanks. Didn't want to be on the cheap, but those Patriot's Point hotels were a bit much. Went with the Comfort Inn on Hungryneck and came in at about $100. Still a pretty good hotel and not much of a drive.
