Installed mine over the weekend. Trying to put some miles on it between the rain. It hiccuped a few times, nothing more than expected. The installation took about 20 minutes.

Anyone used the Diablo Predator 93 Octaine program with a LS3 and Vararam unit installed? Does it help with the driveability?

This ought to confuse everyone, my unit is a 3" tune model, I have only 50 miles on it but runs very smooth, after fuse pull ran great, now with 3" tune version without tune/ dyno runs nice and smooth. When I get time I will go back to dyno and retest. Will start some WOT later this week, but initial part throttle response kicks rear end out.

Maybe initial tune timing advance matches up with tune unit, don't know what tuner did as far as advance of timing, but I will show him Vararam's instructions.
You're not the first. Several guys have reported that their car runs fine with the tune only Vararam without tuning.

My car ran fine with the tune I had for my LRM intake. But the weather is also a lot warmer. From what I've heard a lot of the stumbling issues came about in cold air.

If anyone wants my spot #286 you are welcome to it. I've decided to go with CAI (Cold Air Inductions). I just looked at the date I added my name to the Vararam pre-order list and it has been almost 6 months That is way, way too long to wait for a intake. It's taking almost as long as it took for my Camaro pre-order CAI was my first choice but I waited to give Vararam a chance because of the claimed HP gains. From reading another thread the HP gains are not as advertised... oh well.

Anyway, have a great one!
