This is a Hennessy cold air intake kit that was on my car when I bought it. It has a K&N filter but no heat shield is included. I ran this for 7,000 miles and the car ran great with it. I recently purchased a Rotofab which is the reason for selling. $150 obo shipped anywhere in the US. If you have any questions please let me know. I will answer whatever I can. More images:

Could this be installed without the heat sheild? or is it neccessary?
