Our club has several HPS products so I'm not bashing them but I am quite familiar with the heartburn associated with the company..

No it is not. Take a look at the other threads. Garbage fabrication. I wouldn't bolt their stuff to my BBQ.

We have a few members in our club who all have his product and when it's right it's a very nice system. Sorry, I doubt you have any first hand experience like I do.

I think he was hesitant because they still have his car. I wouldn't be posting nothing if they still had my car. Nope.

Yeah, not good to put down the folks that are "working" on your car! Apparently they aren't coming in here, or they might have commented already!

A little insight for all of you. In January of 2012 I (HPS) decided we needed a larger facility, so we made the move. After we got moved in and started working we devoloped our Single front mount turbo kit. I had hired a fabricator that was a friend(first mistake) and basicly was told that he would do all of our turbo kits that we could sell. So I did just that, I sold a bunch of turbo kits to be installed at our facility, and a few to be shipped out. You guys remember the White TT car we built for John Thorton Chevrolet, well shortly after that job the fabricator decided to up and quit leaving me hanging with appx. 6 turbo builds that needed to be completed included Zach's. So now basicly, I am left with 6 turbo builds that need to get done and no one to do them. At this time I am sick to my stomach, stressed out, dont want to talk to anyone and basicly not sure what to do. I found another welder and was able to finish up a few turbo installs. He wasnt a fabricator ,but a good welder, so basicly that didnt work either. After the headers were modified for Zachs camaro, I let the welder go. Normally turbos Ican get them in 4 weeks but wrong one were sent and had to wait for the correct turbo's. During this time I decided to look for a smaller facility and get my business that I started by myself back on track. As it turns out, the company that builds all of our engines has a 14000sq. ft facility with a complete engine machine shop, engine dyno, and 7000sqft. of shop space that they do fabricating and chassis work.Thy opened up to me and invited HPS to join them. So in Decmber we made the move. Soon after Zachs turbo arrived we started on his twin kit. Zachs car was delivered this past Saturday. At our new facility we have 2 Fabricators a Master Engine Builder and his Assistant and now me. These guys are hard core racers and stay late as possible to get a job done when needed. Towards the end of the year, my moral was down and ready to do something else. Since being at the new location with these guys that truly have a passion for everything we love to do my moral is back up 150%!! The reason I am telling you all this is that I just want to give you guys a insight on what has been going on with HPS. I can tell you that for 2013 there has been alot of changes made, mainly with customer service, and that HPS is still in business! What dos this have to do with Zachs car, well his car was in the middle of all this, which is why my customer service was basicly shit. I apoligise to Zach for this. For 2013 you can expect a 150% turnaround in customer service, the service you deserve from HPS. We have already implmented the changes and it is working very well. HPS will earn your business and respect back as one of the top Camaro5 Builders on this site!
