Greg, just give me a bit of trust, we are working to get you a resolution to this, it's just taking a bit of time.

How much more time is needed? Friday I said today is it. And do I get ANY response? What is more time needed for? I mean I don't know squat. Nada. When there is NO information or update or anything other then more time is needed. For what exactly? Are you trying to see about what I was asking last year about revalving the struts? That would shut me up.

Just try to hang in there. I'm sure there are things that I don't know about regarding all the specifics but I have full confidence things will work out. You've waited this long

Thank to those that have been following this story line. There has been a amicable plan of action toward resolution. The ETA is mid June. This thread is due for a short nap. With hope of a positive awakening in a month.
Stay tuned for the outcome. |

One last post from me here, and it is a good one. Beyond good. Pete did far more then he needed to make things right. Rob had the tech. on my car go down sick and rolled up his own sleeves to get the job done. Problem solved. Car handles switchbacks like a mountain goat. A good alignment is so important to maximize your suspension upgrades. Find a good alignment person if you can. They are not easy to find, but are out there.

We try out best to be perfect, but frequently fall short of perfection. It is a problem I have, a personality flaw. I expect to achieve perfection and when we don't like it less than any client ever will. That makes me a little difficult to live and work with. On the other hand, striving for perfection is the best way to do a really really good job most of the time.
I ma fortunate o have a great staff in the USA, a great staff in AU, outstanding dealers like Rob and fantastic customers that buy our products and services. I actually look forward to dealing with a very upset customer because that is when we can prove all the things we say, post and do are the real deal. I have great respect for Greg. We all worked together and got it right. Was it perfect, nope. Was the result worth the trial by fire, based on this thread the answer would be yes. Greg, thanks for your patience and posting. |
