Can anyone help

Ok I have a 2010 camaro and I have had almost a year and it has made a kind loud tink or metal on metal sound from the engine bay. First time I revved it up the second time I was driving and and went to a red light just before I stop it turned green so I took off
My car is an automatic if that means anything and to my understanding the cold air intake is the only engine mod

Take it to the dealer asap. You have changed your oil right?

If it's still under warranty, as was already mentioned, get it to a dealer as soon as practical.

If you're out of warranty, can you be more specific about the problem? Any DIC messages or lights? Was this a one-time-only sound (ie: *tink*... silence) or repetitious (ie: tink, tink, tink, tink)? Has it happened again since, or has the car otherwise driven normally after that? Any other noticeable changes?

You mentioned that both times it sounded like you were getting heavily into the throttle when it happened (once to rev the engine, and a second time to accelerate through a green light). Can you reproduce the problem (ie: can you make it happen again by hitting the throttle)?

IF you're still subscribing to OnStar ask the operator to run a diagnostic - if not take it to the Dealer - the CAI shouldn't be an issue.
