Is it normal to loose 80+ horses at the RW?

Well if you figure 15% loss through the drivetrain for a manual, then these numbers are just about on. Jannetty's testing showed 375 stock at the rear wheels. Not sure of miles
on either car.

360/365 is perfectly in line with most stock M6 cars.

I have seen lower and higher by 10/10.

I have been told from Superior that the Manual Transmission's loss is approximately 18% through the drivetrain

360 RWHP x 1.18 = 424.8 HP @ the Flywheel. That's about right. You will find that GM runs the car's AFR fat to probably save the Cats, retard the timing a tad and slow down the MAS.

Seems low. How many runs were there to get these numbers? Hope it wasn't just one. No way a LS3 should get less then 370rwhp unless you've got bad gas or some other problem.

And how is the torque higher then hp??? Something doesn't add up with this dyno.

Every single stock car we have put on our dyno has more TQ than HP stock. L99 and LS3 alike.

I wonder why that is... Didn't GM put out 426hp and 420tq for the LS3's?

That's my car on the dyno, they made 3 pulls on it. First pull was highest at 360.65 second was just a little under 360 and the 3rd was just a little over 360 so it was pretty consistant. They've done a few Camaro's and they have another LS3 Camaro on their website that dynoed at 353.

I've had the car since May 22nd the dealer put the first tank of unleaded fuel in it and I've used Premium since then. I pulled the fuses for 24 hours just in case it needed it but I couldn't tell any difference. The car is bone stock and I only drive it on clear sunny weekends, it had 1050 miles on it for the dyno runs. I haven't beaten on it much mostly 1st thru 3rd gear short run ups.

I was hoping for a number in the 370's but that didn't happen and I'm cool with that. I'd rather be on the low side and be impressed with a higher number on a different dyno that the opposite. I did it to get a baseline to see how much I gain with a complete exhaust system, CAI and a tune. Hopefully it's enough to put me over the 400 mark
