Looking for a deep and mean exhaust

Going to upgrade my exhaust and I am looking for a deep mean style. I am by no means an expert, but here are a couple that peaked my interest. Any other advice or recommendations?

Long tube headers, cat back, or a muffler delete with resonated x-pipe three inches all te way to the tips and 3.5 inch tips, plus j-pipes to eliminate drone, plus long tube headers!

I have pypes pipe bombs on mine and love it its deep throaty and i think pretty mean. My neighbor has longtubes, offroad pipes, and Pypes pipe bombs also with j-pipes for the drone and it also sounds freakin bad a$$!

If you go Flowmaster, I'd recommend the Outlaw. It's a LOT meaner than the American Thunder.

Get a Solo Mach XL. Great loud, mean sounding exhaust with no drone because of the j pipes. Also a great price..

I have the Cherry Bomb Extreme series. Drone is enough to induce headache, terrible quality, made of shoddy metal that is already rusting, but damn it, it has IMO the best looking tips since they stick far out like an old school aftermarket exhaust on a 60's hot rod wearing some Cragars and shackled up in the rear. The sound ain't too bad on it either. It's deep and grunty. Oh, and it's dirt cheap. $400 for the catback @ Maryland speed.

Flowmasters sound cool too, but they have that distinctive "gongs being knocked together at once" sound, especially on Mopars.

I don't know crap about the SS mufflers, but I just did long tube headers with factory cat back and it sounds pretty mean on my ZL1

I have a Borla S-Type catback and it's much deeper than many others I've heard. Definitely much deeper than their Atak exhaust. I've also heard from others that adding LT headers makes the S-Type sound crazy deep. I can't wait to get mine! Good luck on your hunt.

Also check out the Magnaflow Competition 3" catback. Awesome deep throaty sound. I'd stay away from the Borla Atak if you want deep...that one is loud, but very raspy.
