Is there a fuse for the passenger tail lights hidden somewhere?

My passenger tail lights does not respond to input anymore. It does not respond to me unlocking or locking the door with the car-remote, it does not respond to the right turn signal, or brake pedal.

but it responds to emergency flashing lights. both sides respond.

All these respond on the driver side however.

When i moved the lights over to the driver side they work but the same light does not work on the passenger side.

what do you guys is wrong?
Fuse, wiring...whats going on???
