OK my eyes just can't tell.
Is this just a bolt on or did they cut the hood and the vents are functional?

Badass is correct

I paid 265 for the color matched vent and 113 for the bottom part. and the installation was 500.

So you just bought the top and bottom pieces and that's it no other pieces where needed to make this fit like a custume fabercated bracket or any thing ?

No the only thing different from the the 13 and 14 hood is the wider cowl the opening goes into it perfectly once the hole is cut.
