Who did you buy from? I would suggest contacting them, though at this late stage in the game I would imagine most spots are taken.
IndyNexGen paid club members were allocated so many spots by virtue of Hare being the club sponsor and the owner, Courtney being so gracious!
I say it all the time, members have their benefits and it pays to be a member vs just a forum or Facebook poster.

I've only dealt with Hare on this. They emailed me the other day to reconfirm my attendance and said they had a waiting list. I'm a little surprised the numbers are so tight. I would think Chevy would want as many as possible.

Well this the second of two events. Don't know the numbers last Sunday but sounded like a full house and then again this Saturday.

I would imagine if they did more than what they do the track would be congested like a shout down interstate. It gets congested on a 2.5 mile oval and everyone is going to the same place and those who know want to slow down at the start/finish line for the movie shot photo.
I'm just thankful to be doing it again. Buying a Camaro has opened this up to me 11 times now along with some extra goodies I won't even get into.

Got the car off of BeckyD. All service work is done by Hare. I'm really impressed with Hare. So far I've received excellent service. I drive an hour to get work from them too. I don't think I'll ever buy anything from my local dealer again.

Hare has excellent service and get high praise. I pass about 3 dealerships to get to them but worth the drive and I've established relationships with Courtney, Monica, Ally and other staff.
The fact you didn't buy through them could hold things up for you unless you make some contact with someone there. They take care of their clientele first and then look to those they might be able to help. They really did the club a 'Solid' with their invite.

Yep, and I totally understand that, and agree with it. Hence, my problem.

FYI, if anyone is interested in making it a two-for, there is an autocross (solo) event the next day, September 14th. This would be something interesting for any visitors from afar to do the next day, another reason to come to Indy.
