I just posted this on another thread and is a good book to have around and make yourself familiar with your engine. I've had mine for a few years now.

I gave him terrible datalogs for the first tweak. He's within 3% on LTFTs for everything but when the intake is heat soaked. I think high IAT is what makes it run rough. It really only does it when the car is hot. Once i get the air flowing it runs great.
