I just ordered my summit white 2ss rs on Friday and they are telling me 8-10 weeks and we will receive a build date in 2-weeks! I already have the order confirmation with the Order#....I have a family member @ GM corporate and the word is they are ramping up production NOW as they came out of Bankruptcy on Friday...they are trying to break even with their creditors ASAP and then having the $50B paid back by I think 2012....

There is no way they can make 50 Billion in profit above operational costs. It's just not gonna happen with the competition out there and they would have to totally eliminate the current unions and redo labor with no unions like Toyota factories in USA.

Otherwise that's a serious pipe dream.

Think about this, if the new GM issues stock, they can recapitalize the company & then go out & borrow against the market value to repay uncle. This is how the country got into this predicament we now find ourselves in. Just a thought-what do you think?.

There are Summit Whites with a TPW as early as week of 7/13. They started production of white cars this week.
