For the past two cars, I bought them before touch-up became available at the dealer. In both cases I ordered paint from http://www.automotivetouchup.com/. Good experience both times.

I have had good results with the system they sell at Dr Colorchip. Check that out at http://www.drcolorchip.com. Really good product.
