San Antonio - Car Covers

Anyone from the greater San Antonio area had a custom car cover made for a vehicle?

With the addition of the Camaro, my other vehicle is now forced to sit in the driveway, and I'm looking to find someplace that will make a custom cover, because I have off-road lights affixed to the luggage rack of my '95 S-10 Blazer that prevents me from using just any car cover.

I've considered just purchasing a car cover made specific for the Blazer, then cutting a hole in it for the lights and then having a custom pocket for the lights sewn on, but I don't know how "weather-proof" that would be.

Any ideas?
