This may not look like much to you but I see 04 Silverado, CTS V, GTO, G8, SS Sedan, Camaro adapters and our Progressive Freon Distribution Fitting. There are 4 of our just released new design Camaro adapters in there. We are also doing a new CNC Freon Distribution Fitting and temperature display adapter that will reduce our assembly time by hours.

Now shipping our new Camaro CNC Hard line adapter. These simplify our production and simplify installation, just unbolt liquid line bolt down adapter and bolt liquid line to adapter. Still only 2 AC hoses and no Freon hoses under hood.

Our new CNC Progressive Distribution Device, this is an early pull not finished but first run is approved and will be finished tomorrow. These will reduce our production time on every kit.

Another run of G8/SS adapters. I was at the shop this morning I saw the process and thought you might like to see it too. They are done in 2 stages, next they are turned over and all the ports cut then trimmed to size.

We now have our 19” Chiller on a 1000+ RWHP TT LSA with a small front mount reservoir no H/E and they are telling me IAT stays well under 100deg on Dyno Pulls. I don't have log files or pictures yet but owner says shop will send them. It has spool valves and tuner says he has many hrs of back to back pulls on this custom build.
Now shipping our new CNC sensor for the Interchiller Temperature Display.

New ZL1 installation in TX.

We used this adapter from 2011 – 2016 with great results. Our new adapter is more like our other kits designed 2012 on, same results but less production time also saves a little installation time.

Man this is creative using a puller to remove stud, with our new adapter no need to remove this stud.

This shows our no cut 100% bolt on with stock H/E mount.

Thanks William for the great Pictures, these are very clear pictures for the file size!

JT's custom built twin 76mm turbo CTS-V showcases some ideas for a quick spooling, short run charge pipes, and reuses the stock blower housing for an air to water setup. This car spools FAST and put down some massive numbers with 30PSI on dyno!

OK this is my favorite build to date 1000+ WHP no trunk tank no H/E IATs below 100deg back to back pulls with many hours on dyno. There CNC Milled LSA blower with a large brick is the center of a very creative build supported with our 19” Interchiller. JT had our original Super Chiller from 2012 on his LSA so he just upgraded the Chiller and 2 hoses to his existing kit.

ZL1 19” Competition Xtreme Chiller with -16 .8” ID going to Midwest. Full build with EMP Pump 8 gal trunk tank and full 1” hoses this thing is going to make some cold water flow!

High flow 3/4” Hose barb, -12 or -16 no extra cost on all kits.

Hey everybody, awesome forum. This is my first post but have read many others posts. I have a 13 ZL1 with no mods except K&N filter. Didn't necessarily void warranty. I am very interested in the interchiller mod because I live in Orlando and the car seems so much slower in the long hot summers. I wanted to start with a rotofab and interchiller. Interchillers from Australia normally $2400 are on sale for $2100 this month and with the exchange rate of currency brings it down to about $ 1650 delivered. The other interchiller is around $1150 and is over in Tampa. Do these mods void warranty and does anyone else think if you live in a hot humid climate these are 2 of the better mods to start off with?

I live in Minnesota and have Dave's kit. If you are in the South, like stuck on I4 or the 408 in Orlando, it's a no brainier to run the interchiller!
I wouldn't count on warranty though, the best advice I have for you there is to stay stock if you want to count on your warranty.
