Performance wise, you won't really see much difference in the two. I have the CAI intake and my neighbor has the rotofab in his camaro. Both add a great punchy sound when you give it some gas and look great after installed. What made my decision was the airbox the CAI comes with. It is great at blocking off heat and I love the acrylic window so I can see my filter. =)

Both are fantastic intakes.

If you are interested in the CAI inc and Roto Fab, you might want to consider the ADM race intake too. Very high quality sealed air tight box and 1 of the best performing CAI's out there.

i like the Roto-Fab...you can usually find the no-frills version a little cheaper than CAI, or you can choose from several options to dress it up. performance, you're talking about a couple of horses either way, so pick whichever one looks better to you.
