I would say that they (or I would prefer) that the upper part gets painted. It flows with the car much better IMO.

Just snapped a few pics today while at the body shop. Just dust on the finish from sitting outside not scratches.

No, Shops here can not fix, I called Seibon, the said take to a local shop...No worries, I'll keep an eye on it and find a place in OKC that can fix it.
