Can anyone recommend a good and reasonable exhaust shop in the Orange/Tustin/Irvine area? Looking for a shop to weld on the bung for O2 sensor for wideband gauge and also install QTP electric cutouts.

They do a bunch of other stuff, but Antidote Performance in Fullerton can probably get that done for you.
