Track Days-Trans. Fluid Change/Brake Fluid Flush

I am about to start my second season of track days and was curious what setup you all use for brake fluid flushing. I want to start doing it myself and see Mityvac vacuum setups or the Motiv power bleeders that could help. Recomendations?

Also, is anyone regularly changing the manual transmission fluid? I see no recommendations in the manual.

Thanks.

motive power bleeder works well for the brake fluid flush with Motul 600, Castrol SRF, or the Endless brake fluid I keep hearing about. Our transmissions supposedly have "lifetime" fluid but found standard Mobil 1 ATF works great and is the only fluid besides OEM that Tremec recommends. Try not to use any of the fancy fluids in the tranny as the detergents supposedly can do more harm than good. I have found with Mobil 1 that the upshifting is smoother and less grinding in downshifting situations.

I use Castrol SRF

Motive bleeder, but I don't fill the container w/fluid when bleeding per their instructions, I keep that empty and just fill the master cylinder and keep checking it to make sure it's never empty, you have to re pressurize the bleeder a bunch of times, but makes zero mess.

Big syringe (from a feed store) for sucking out old fluid.

Redline for the trans. will probably change that every 3-4 yrs or more, not a lot of heat generated in a manual trans for fluid to break down.
