i just did it and i noticed some things i want on my camaro that the R/T gets but we dont, like the fobs you keep in your pocket and you can start the car without putting the key in the ignition and it unlocks the door for you when you walk up to the car.

Wow I had no idea companies like Dodge were implementing that tech into their vehicles, that is awesome. Maybe GM will start this in a year or so. I hope GM puts a "build your Camaro" think on their site on like the 13th so I can spend hours on that even if thee are no prices yet hehe!

had a 93 corvette that unlocked the doors when you got close to it......not sure why that feature is not in most cars these days cause I always loved that when I had my hands full I dind't have to drop stuff to get my keys out and unlock the door. Its something that has been around for a long time and now with the push button start its all great not having to dig keys out of your pocket. lazy maybe cool yes

That feature was ruled out for the Camaro, sadly.

The only thing I'm concerned about is that since the SS is the top performance trim and performs closer to the SRT8 and GT500 than the RT and GT, it will be priced to compete with those trims. We've been told that the Camaro will be priced to be competitive with the Mustang and Challenger, but they never said which Mustang and Challenger.

Apples to apples; SS = GT = R/T
